2. Technical Design & Visual Refinement 

  • Type 2 Intake Checklist: To kickstart your custom request, simply gather: 

1. Rough dimensions (height, width, depth), 

2. Inspiration images or sketches

3. Preferred timber finish

4. Delivery zip code.

  • For Type 1 Modifications: We provide clear visual mock-ups and material specifications for your review and approval.
  • For Type 2 Custom Creations: Our design team develops detailed 2D technical sketches or 3D visual models to refine every joint, bevel, and detail alongside you before production begins.

3. Artisan Craftsmanship & Production 

Once you approve the final specifications, master woodworkers in Jaipur and Rajasthan begin hand-crafting your piece. Using traditional mortise and tenon joinery, computer-monitored kiln seasoning (8–12% moisture equilibrium), and non-toxic protective finishes, your furniture is built to last for generations. You will receive progress updates as your piece takes shape.

  • Production Lock-In: Because each piece is handcrafted specifically to your specifications, bespoke orders enter raw material allocation and artisan crafting shortly after design sign-off. Once production begins, bespoke orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
  • Handmade Character & Natural Variance: Every item is crafted from real solid timber. Natural variations in grain pattern, wood spalting, knots, and subtle hand-finished details are authentic hallmarks of genuine craftsmanship.
  • Lead Times: Custom handcrafting, kiln drying, sea freight, and domestic white-glove dispatch typically require 8 to 16 weeks from final design approval.
  • No Warranty Coverage: Please note that no warranty is provided for bespoke items. However, your order is covered against transit damage or manufacturing defects reported within our 30-day reporting policy.
